S4C after digital switchover
After switchover, S4C will be an entirely Welsh language and totally digital channel.
English language shows, that currently come as part of S4C, will be broadcast separately via Channel 4.
On digital, you can enjoy all your favourite S4C programmes. That includes the popular magazine programme
Wedi 7, daily soap
Pobol y Cwm, countryside series
Cefn Gwlad, news on
Newyddion and all the major sports events.
You’ll also get the nursery service,
Cyw, and extensive coverage of Wales’ top festivals and events, such as
The Royal Welsh Show,
Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod or the
National Eisteddfod of Wales.

S4C is available on Sky 104, Freeview 004, Virgin TV 167 and Freesat 104 in Wales. Outside Wales, S4C is available on Sky 134 and Freesat 120.
